Jennifer Rowe, President
Applying her experience and talents to the airfreight and transportation business in 1987, Jennifer soon realized the need for a down-to-earth, reliable company in the freight/cargo industry. She began Ro-Mac® in 1991 with a passion for the industry and the belief that the customer should always come first. Jennifer believes the strength of Ro-Mac stems from the traditional values instilled in the hard-working, honest, and well-qualified people of the team – not in its size or its bells and whistles. Jennifer is well respected by her peers, her vendors and her very loyal customers.
Art Johnson, Vice President
Art has dedicated 21 of his 31 years in the freight business to Ro-Mac and is an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the business. Art’s areas of expertise include Flats, Vans, Removable Goose Neck, Double Drop, and Step Decks. A virtual industry encyclopedia, he is your “go-to” guy for determining the most efficient way to move your freight from point A to point B. Art is a firm believer that there are two types of customers, the shipper and the carrier. Art’s primary goal every day is to provide excellent service to both customers, so that Ro-Mac can provide the very best results possible.
Jason Davis, Senior Logistics Manager
Beginning his career 23 years ago as a commercial truck driver (locally, over the road, and heavy equipment hauling), Jason eventually took his experience in-house as an Operations Manager for a trucking company. Jason joined the Ro-Mac team in 2007, bringing his extensive knowledge of all the ins and outs of the industry to his current role as freight broker. Jason’s greatest asset is his ability to look at any assignment from all viewpoints: the customer’s, the carrier’s, and the driver’s. Honesty is the best policy when it comes to customer interaction, “I always tell the customers the truth even if it is not good news.” For Jason, communication is the key to delivering superior customer satisfaction.
